Opened in 1892 to serve arriving passengers on the Orient Express. For the past few decades, all Pera palaces furniture and amenities have aged and look all weared out and doesn't look presentable. In september, after a two-year, $30 million renovation, the famous hotel in Istanbul is back with newer furniture and amenities and providing excellent service.
